3. The thoughts

Are we aware of our thoughts? Or just ‘blah, blah, blah’, we play with them without any particular awareness?
Or do we just continue our usual thought patterns and believe the lies? Do we let the ‘Mind Pixie’ in our head pull us on the leash of suffering, believing that we have no other choice?

2. Don’t let your mind use you

If we want to change our lives, we have to change our thoughts, our words (the inner monologue), and our actions. Because otherwise, no matter how many techniques we try, nothing changes, or only temporarily, and then everything returns to the old pattern.
