Stop Limiting Yourself

Projections, expectations, separations, judgments, and rejections—they all paralyze your life. The moment you project something onto someone else and expect them to meet your standards, you must separate from yourself. You start seeking rejection, judging yourself, and allowing others to judge you. Where is the choice in that? Nowhere.

Projections destroy your ability to create. Most people don’t realize how devastating this is—it completely wipes out your creative power.

When you expect others to behave in a certain way or meet your expectations, they can’t have their own perspective. They are forced to judge themselves for not living up to your projections, expectations, and judgments. And when it’s the other way around, others project onto you, locking you into a role that doesn’t belong to you. You’re expected to act or think in a way that fits their view of you, even if you’ve grown or moved on.

But the real question is, how much do you take on? How much do you allow these external expectations to control you? How much guilt, self-doubt, or self-devaluation do you put into trying to meet standards that aren’t even yours?

How can you free yourself from this?
How much can you liberate yourself from guilt-inducing games that others place on you? So many people thrive on making you feel guilty, pulling energy from your self-doubt: You were wrong. You didn’t do it right. Shame on you. I’ll withdraw my love, attention, or whatever from you.

But what if you let go of all that—for good?
What if you allowed yourself to live your own unique, amazing life? Instead of constantly paralyzing yourself, what if you could truly be yourself? What if you created your life instead of aligning it with other people’s needs? What if you opened yourself to infinite possibilities instead of shutting them out?
How would it be possible to live in a completely different reality?

It’s just a projection that you should be someone else.
You cannot be anyone else. You can only be yourself.

Let go and start creating your reality—one full of infinite possibilities.
