My Journaling Evolution
From scribbling teen-age woes to unraveling the mysteries of my dreams, my journal has been a steadfast companion through the chapters of my life.
In my youth, it was a refuge for angst and self-critique, a place where my inner turmoil found voice but offered little solace. Yet, with time, its pages became a canvas for something more profound.
Capturing the fleeting whispers of my dreams at dawn unveiled a world of symbolism and self-discovery. Each entry was a breadcrumb leading me closer to understanding myself and the universe around me.
Now, guided by Julia Cameron’s wisdom, my journaling has evolved into a daily ritual of self-reflection and creativity. Three pages each morning, unfiltered and uninhibited, serve as both meditation and dialogue with the universe.
Through this practice, I’ve learned to ask questions from the Universe and listen for its replies, finding inspiration and insight in the spaces between the lines. Asking open questions is one of the basic tools of Access Consciousness. You don’t have to answer them, just wait for the answer. It will come in some form. Eg. writing my journal.

My journal is more than just a book of words; it’s a mirror reflecting my journey—a journey of growth, exploration, and creativity. And as I continue to write, I look forward to the discoveries that lie ahead, one page at a time.
